Sponsorship Requests:
Use this Sponsorship Request Form to promote events on this website, the Northern News newsletter and/or the bi-weekly eNews blast to APA membership. This form can be used to seek other forms of sponsorship including volunteer or financial assistance. Events submitted are reviewed for compliance with APA California Northern’s Policy and Criteria for Sponsorships and Calendar Listings. Please read the policy before submitting your event announcements.

Calendar Listings Policy
Calendar Listing Entry:
To submit events only for listing in the APA California Northern events calendar, please submit the event information using the template below.
100 words maximum; preferably no more than 80
Date (Month and numeral for date); one paragraph return
Title of Event (Bold, 10 words maximum). Time (e.g., 6 PM–8 PM), Location (Name of building and/or street address, floor or room number, city). Food and drink information (if any). Describe event (not more than two sentences). Sponsorship information (if any). Cost (if any). Reservation deadline (date, if any). To reserve (“click here” or provide information). For more information (give website, if applicable) or contact (Name) at email address or (xxx) yyy-zzzz. (one paragraph return)

We strongly recommend submitting events as early as possible to ensure that the event can be included in a newsletter or eNews distribution that provides adequate noticing to APA members that may want to attend your event.
