Webinar: Tribal Cultural Resource Mitigations
The primary purpose of the webinar is to provide non-tribal entities a better understanding of the purpose and outcome of tribal consultation, a brief comparison of SB 18 and AB 52, determining Tribal Cultural Resources (TCRs), establishing a threshold of significance, and the importance of collaborating with tribal representatives. The presentation will briefly cover Cultural Resources, definitions and examples of TCR’s, and TCR best practices. Question and answer will follow the presentation.
