The following are the duties of this position at the GS-12. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- Participate in the delivery, development, design and improvement of new/current training or workshop used in instructing grantees on program requirements, submission procedures, program interaction, capacity building and leadership development; and increasing individual and program effectiveness. Specialized training will be delivered using a technical assistance participatory approach, solving specific problems on the program.
- Review and conduct analyses of applications or performance reports for assigned CPD grantees and recommend to supervisor for approval/disapproval. Identifies disparities or deficiencies and bring to the attention of the senior staff with a recommended alternative for resolving or correcting the issue.
- Review and assess grantee performance through the analysis of grantee submissions, performance reports and other methods such as management and financial systems, providing written assessment of results. Identifies issues, potential areas of non-compliance or opportunities for improvement or increasing effectiveness.
