(Registration is now full) Come join City of Berkeley planners on a walking tour of downtown Berkeley to view a variety of recent development projects.  The tour features projects nearing completion as well as projects under review.  The projects span both pre and post Housing Crisis Act (SB 330) implementation and changes in State Density Bonus legislation.  The differences in legislative response can be identified in the scale  and types of projects.  Learn from the planners who handled the reviews as well as local developers.  The walk is centered in downtown Berkeley and takes approximately two (2) hours.  It will be followed by an optional no-host lunch at  Pizzeria de Laura at 2049 Shattuck Avenue (at Addison).     Tour starts at 10:00 am at 2000 Dwight Way (at Milvia).
