The City of Sonoma is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic candidate to fill the position of Assistant/Associate Planner This position performs professional and technical urban planning duties requiring specialized knowledge; to organize, assign and review work of assigned staff engaged in preparing staff reports to the Planning Commission; and to provide highly responsible support to assigned management. The Assistant/Associate Planner receives general direction from the Community Development Director and may receive technical and functional supervision from the Senior Planner.
