The Napa Sonoma ADU Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating homeowners in Napa and Sonoma Counties about how to plan, permit, and build Accessory Dwelling Units. With funding from the Napa Valley Community Foundation and support from Community Foundation Sonoma County, it partners with jurisdictions across Napa and Sonoma counties to support local ADU development. The Center’s resources include an ADU Workbook, ADU Calculator, pre-reviewed ADU Plans and a floorplans gallery, feasibility consultations and much more.
