Tour the El Cerrito Plaza TOD with APA!

Northern is partnering with the City of El Cerrito, BART, and Related California to offer a tour of the El Cerrito Plaza TOD project which utilized off-site modular construction. The event will include a brief overview of the project followed by a tour of the unit interior and common areas. Light refreshments will be provided for this lunch event. RSVP required.

The TOD project is a new 100% affordable six-story 70-unit community that will serve low-income individuals and families earning between 30-60% AMI on a BART-owned parking lot at the El Cerrito Plaza BART station. This is the first phase of a mixed-use TOD master plan that will include up to 743 new apartments (47% to be rented below market), commercial space, community open space and gathering areas, and transportation infrastructure improvements.
