Jerry Wilburn

Jerry has a master's degree in urban planning, and advanced certifications in the fields of applications of technology in urban planning (GIS) and in community development, with a focus on urban design. His areas of expertise are housing and homeless policy, housing program management, GIS, urban planning, and policy writing. He has 4 years of experience in the fields of housing and homelessness program management.  He also has over ten years of experience across the Bay Area in large-scale transportation operations management for Stadiums, Hotels, Malls, and Convention Centers.
