With a background that spans both the public and private sectors, Dhawal possesses knowledge in transportation and land use planning. With over five years of experience, he has contributed to a wide range of transportation projects, including designing complete streets, formulating transportation safety plans, developing general plans (circulation element), streetscape plans, conducting traffic impact analysis, evaluating parking demand, and securing transportation grant funding. Outside of work, Dhawal enjoys hiking and walking around Lake Merritt.
